In Nova Scotia, Traditional Latin Masses (TLM) and sacraments are currently offered by three Traditionalist groups, the FSSP, SSPX and Our Lady of Joy Mission.

Maritimes Missions Masses are held in Moncton, NB once every three months with occassional Masses in Halifax and Sydney.

Catholic Traditionalists are spread across the Province. Small groups meet in homes for prayer while an unaccounted number of individuals stream TLM Masses online alone or with family.
Presently there are no diocesan TLM Masses. FSSP Masses are jurisdictionally restricted at two per year. Some Traditionalists attend the Novus Ordo Missae due to local community attachments and lack of available TLM options.
The SSPX occupies the preferential postion for Traditionalists in Nova Scotia and is experiencing consistent growth. Mission outreach is active in Halifax and Sydney.
Our Lady of Joy Mission is a Sedevacantist outlier that assumes inplicit jurisdiction. The Mission is a close-knit community under the singular direction of Bishop Roy.
