Traditionalist Catholics are spread throughout the Province. Small groups meet in homes for prayer while an unaccounted number of individuals stream TLM Masses online alone or with family.
Some Traditional Catholics attend the Novus Ordo Missae due to local community attachments and lack of available TLM options.
Presently there are no diocesan TLM's.
FSSP Masses are jurisdictionally restricted at two per year.
The SSPX occupies the preferential postion for Traditionalists in Nova Scotia and is experiencing consistent growth. Mission outreach is active in Halifax and Sydney.
Mission Notre Dame de Joie / Our Lady of Joy Mission is a Sedevacantist outlier. The Mission is a close-knit community under the singular direction of Bishop Roy.
